Refund & Return Policy

At Dattea, we accept returns within 3 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items include:
• Personal care products
• Beauty devices
• Hygiene-related items
• Final sale items

Dattea reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
